Wolfgang Puck WPDCORP20 Bistro Digital Convection Oven

Featuring a separate pizza drawer below the main oven, the Wolfgang Puck WPDCORP20 Bistro Digital Convection Oven allows you to keep previously cooked food warm while waiting for your pizza as it is baked. This means that you can have freshly baked pizza along with hot chicken or pasta.
The upper oven has a capacity of 0.8 cubic foot and thus can accommodate small- to medium-sized chicken. You can use it for defrosting, keeping food warm, standard bake, convection bake, slow cook, roast, or broil. It also has a rotisserie for your roasts. Choosing from among these functions is easy, as you only need to press a couple of buttons. A large digital display back-lit with a blue light indicates the available functions. Just press the “function” and + and – buttons to navigate through them.
Dedicated for cooking pizzas, biscuits, quesadillas, and toasts, the drawer is large enough for a 12-inch pizza or nine pieces of toasts. While you cannot simultaneously cook in both the upper and lower ovens, enough heat is generated by the lower heating elements to keep the upper over at a temperature of 200°F, which is more than enough to keep food warm. The drawer is pulled out by a stay cool handle. It extends perpendicularly but it can be folded down when not in use.
Both ovens can be set to shut off at a pre-determined time for recipes that include cooking time. The upper oven can be timed to shut down in three hours or less, while the lower can only be set up to 30 minutes.
The interior walls of both the upper and lower ovens are line with non-stick material for ease of cleaning. An interior light is included in the upper oven allowing you to monitor the food as it browns through the large glass window.
Included with the Wolfgang Puck WPDCORP20 Bistro Digital Convection Over are two baking racks, broil pan insert, drip/broil pan, and two crumb trays, one each for the upper and lower ovens.
