Oster TSSTTVMATT Convection Toaster Oven

Convection toaster ovens are increasingly gaining in popularity as they offer a very convenient and quick way to cook reducing cooking time by as much as 25% compared to conventional ovens. Apart from this, most ovens of this kind are quite versatile as they can be used for toasting, baking, and broiling. The Oster TSSTTVMATT Convection Toaster Oven offers exactly this, plus a little bit more.

The Oster TSSRRVMATT is a countertop convection oven measuring 17″ wide, 12″ deep, and 10″ high which is slightly smaller than most other ovens. In spite of this, it still manages to have a 0.5 cubic foot capacity. It comes with a stainless steel rack on which you can toast six slices of bread simultaneously. You can also bake a large frozen pizza, cookies, and bagels with a supplied baking pan. Its broil function allows you to cook cut pieces of meat or poultry. You can adjust the rack to a lower position if you want to broil larger pieces. In addition to these cooking functions, the oven can also be used to warm frozen and leftover foods. With a maximum temperature of 450°F that is evenly distributed around the food, cooking time is substantially reduced.

To help keep the interior of the oven clean a removable crumb tray comes with the oven. Its interior is lined with nonstick walls that are easy to clean.

The oven cabinet is made of a black main body with a brushed stainless steel front that includes a large glass window providing you with a clear view of the food inside. With an interior light, you can see clearly if your toast or roast is brown enough without the need to open the door.

The control panel is on the left of the oven and it incorporates three dials for choosing oven function and temperature levels, and setting cooking time. The 60-minute timer features an alarm bell to alert you when cooking is done.
