The front panel of the Maxi-Matic ETO-730B Elite Gourmet Convection Toaster Oven that recedes at its upper section includes a huge glass window giving you a clear and unobstructed view of the dish cooking inside. The control panel is to the left of the window consisting of three dials and an LED indicator light.

One of these dials allows you to choose among several functions –convection cooking, slow cooking, bake, broil, toast, and pause. Another adjusts the desired temperature, and the third sets cooking time.

The oven is encased in black steel while the frame enclosing the glass door is constructed of stainless steel, thus providing a striking contrast to the main body. A long tubular handle is mounted at the top of the frame running its entire length.

The interior of the Maxi-Matic ETO-730B Elite Gourmet Convection Toaster Oven has 20-liter capacity. At this size, you can bake a 12-inch pizza, roast a whole medium-sized chicken, or toast six slices of bread. With its 1,500 watts of power it can cook your food faster than a conventional oven. And it does so evenly on all sides. Also, because it quickly crusts the surface of the food, all its juices are locked in resulting in more succulent and delicious meals.

The Maxi-Matic oven comes with a broiling pan and wire rack for your cooking needs. A slide-out removable crumb tray helps keep the oven interior clean as it catches bread crumbs and food drips.

With measurements of 16.5″ x 13.2″ x 22.2″, the oven occupies almost 3 square feet of your kitchen counter, but with all the benefits of a convection toaster oven in terms of versatility, quicker cooking times, better food, and energy efficiency, it is worth it.
