Krups FBC2 Digital Convection Toaster Oven

With six quartz heating elements installed within the oven, three at the top and another three at the bottom, the Krups FBC2 Digital Convection Toaster Oven heats and cooks food 30% faster than conventional ovens. The oven employs Krups’ quartz cycling technology to alternate the delivery of up to 1600 watts of power to the top and bottom sets of heating elements. This maximizes the generation of radiant heat.

The Krups toaster oven can generate temperatures ranging from 150 to 450°F allowing it to bake, broil, re-heat, toast, and defrost all types of food from meat, fowl, fish, vegetables, pizza, bagels, and bread. Temperature is adjusted in 25° increments with soft-touch control buttons in an illuminated control panel mounted on the oven’s front section. An LCD display indicates temperature levels. When the oven is not in use, the display shows a digital clock.

Radiant heat is evenly distributed by a convection fan that circulates hot air. In addition to this, the stainless steel crumb tray is designed in a way that it reflects and directs heat to all corners of the oven. These two features guarantee evenly cooked or defrosted food. The oven also has a digital timer that automatically turns off the heating elements at pre-set times for precise cooking.

Cleaning the interior of the oven is a breeze as it consists of a non-stick surface. This can be done simply by wiping it with a soft clean piece of cloth.

The oven comes with a broil tray, non-stick bake pan, and heat-resistant tongs for the retrieval of freshly-cooked food and hot pans.

The toaster oven has a black body with stainless steel highlights. It features a glass door with a non-heating handle for safe opening. It measures 20.5″ W x 14.75″ D x 10.375″ H.
