DeLonghi EO1270B Convection Toaster Oven

Plenty of cooks are not totally satisfied with ovens using radiant heat because often the bottom portion of food gets burned while their tops are not cooked evenly. An answer to this problem is convection toaster ovens.
A fine example of these types of ovens is the DeLonghi EO1270B Convection Toaster Oven. It is equipped with a fan that circulates hot air within the oven resulting to uniformly cooked food, even browning on the outside yet leaving the inside tender and juicy, and faster cooking time by as much as 20 to 50%.
The DeLonghi EO1270B is a multi-function oven that can toast bread or bagels, broil hamburgers or kebabs, bake lasagna or potatoes, slow bake cakes or pastries, convection bake pizza or meat, defrost, and keep food warm. It has a capacity of 12.5 liters enabling you to cook two 12-inch pizzas on its dual racks. You can also toast six slices of bread at a single time, or roast a medium-sized chicken.
The interior of the oven is coated with Durastone II enamel that helps in distributing heat evenly. It also keeps the interior free from scratches. When toasting or cooking, it is inevitable that crumbs and other food particles fall off from the food. These are caught by a crumb tray that is easily removed for cleaning.
With the oven’s exterior finish of brushed stainless steel, it can seamlessly blend with most kitchens and even actually enhance them. The front panel consists of a large glass window giving you full view of whatever is cooking inside. The door is opened with a long cylindrical handle that is also finished in brushed stainless. On the left side of the DeLonghi EO1270B Convection Toaster Oven are three dials for choosing the desired function, temperature level, and cooking time.
A broil tray, two wire racks, and a bake pan with low profile to allow the circulated air to access the lower portion of the food are included with the EO1270B. It also comes with a user manual that presents cooking tips.
