Crafted from brushed stainless steel, the Black & Decker CTO6335S Convection Oven makes a neat addition to your kitchen counter, especially when set alongside your other stainless steel appliances. A large glass window allows you to look into the oven to check what is cooking inside. To its right is the control panel that consists of an LCD display indicating temperature, time, and the chosen function. Below the display are the digital control buttons.
The controls are easy to use. You only need to push a button to choose toast, bake, or broil, as well as to turn the convection function on, adjust the temperature, or set the timer. And if you have forgotten the recommended temperature and cooking time of your cookies, frozen snacks, pizza, or potatoes, you can use the one-touch preset function buttons and leave the rest to the convection oven.
With the convection function turned on, the Black & Decker CTO6335S circulates heated air inside the oven thus cooking your food more quickly and evenly, crusting its surface to lock in its moisture. The result is that you can cook in about two-thirds of the time compared to cooking in a conventional oven. You even get a juicier and more succulent food.
Equipped with a 120-minute timer, you can multi-task while cooking your dinner. Simply set the appropriate temperature, set the time, and go help Junior with his schoolwork. The oven will let your know when dinner is cooked.
The interior of the oven is roomy enough to hold a 12-inch pizza or a large casserole. With its dual rack slots, you can mount the rack on the lower slot to accommodate bigger items.
Coated with a non-stick material, the oven interior is a breeze to clean. When it has cooled down after cooking, you can use a clean absorbent cloth or paper to remove oil and food scraps that may have adhered to the walls.
The Black & Decker CTO6335S Convection Oven comes with a baking pan, crumb tray, and wire rack.
