Black & Decker CTO4600BC Convection Countertop Oven

Looking stylish with its black cabinet and clear glass door bordered with stainless steel the Black & Decker CTO4600BC Convection Countertop Oven makes a fine addition to any modern kitchen countertop.
It does not stop at being stylish though. On its front left side are three dials for adjusting the temperature level, choosing the desired function, and setting cooking time. The last is also used to choose light, medium, or dark toast.
The topmost dial if for setting the temperature which can be up to a high of 450°F for baking or broiling.
The middle dial chooses the cooking mode –baking, broiling, toasting, or warming. When baking, the Black & Decker oven is always on a convection mode with its fans circulating the heated air inside. This speeds up cooking up to 25% faster than in a conventional oven. It also crusts the surface of the food sooner, thus locking in its flavorful juices.
The bottom dial, on the other hand, is the timer switch. It allows you to set cooking time up to a period of one hour, eliminating the need to continually check if the food inside is ready for dinner. You only need to set the recommended cooking time and forget about it until you hear the oven’s signal bell. If, however, you are unsure of the cooking time, you can set the dial to the “Stay On” position but you will need to monitor the food.
The Black & Decker CTO4600BD Convection Countertop Oven comes with a slide rack where you can put a 12-inch pizza for baking, broil rack for your red and white meat roasts, bake pan for your cookies, which also doubles as a drip tray, and slide-out crumb tray to keep the floor of the oven clean.
With dimensions of 19″ W x 15″ D x 11″ H, the oven is a compact appliance that does not hog your kitchen counter.
