The middle dial is the function dial which you use to choose among toasting, broiling, baking, or keeping food warm. The bottom dial is the timer. With this you can set cooking time up to 60 minutes and wait for it to alert you. It does have a stay on feature for hands-on cooks who like to monitor what they are cooking through the easy-view glass door.
The oven is made of stainless steel with dimensions of 20 inches width, 16 inches depth, and 12 inches height. With this size, you can easily find a place for it on your kitchen countertop.
